A healthy summer breakfast or dessert using local fruit in season

Ingredients

I cup frozen diced dragonfruit

1 cup frozen diced mango

1 frozen banana

1/4 cup coconut milk (optional)

Method: Mix ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Spoon into a bowl and top with fresh seasonal fruit and Mumma Raw’s Fig and Pecan Granola.
