There’s so much more you can do with miso than make soup. Try this tasty dressing on your next farmers market fresh salad.

Miso Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • Juice of 1/2 a lime or lemon
  • 1/2 Tbsp Hemp Foods Australia Hemp Oil (or Flax Oil)
  • 1 Tbsp Grumpy Grandma’s smoked olive oil or regular olive oil, and/or 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Byron Bay Shiro Miso (or 1/2 Tbsp Kome Miso)

Method

  1. Combine ingredients in a jar, shake well
  2. Serve with a simple garden salad, lettuce, avo, tomatoes
